Exciting opportunity for an experienced Pelvic Health PT seeking continued growth potentional, an early career pelvic therapist seeking support and mentorship, or an outpatient PT looking to gain Herman & Wallace Level 1. Our incredible provider team at Lone Peak PT in Helena is seeking a Pelvic PT to be part of the family. Work next to our current incredible Pelvic PT that has over 10 years of PT experience, 6 being specifically in Pelvic.

For newer pelvic therapists, we believe in investing in your future. If you're early in your pelvic health journey, we will cover the cost of Herman & Wallace Level 1 and provide hands-on mentorship to guide you every step of the way. You'll build confidence, skill, and clinical excellence in a truly supportive environment. For experienced pelvic therapists who are ready to take the next step into leadership, we have exciting expansion plans - including opening a new, larger location. This is a unique opportunity to help shape and potentially lead a growing pelvic health department. Our Pelvic PT's spend 40 minutes with each patient and see around 12 patients in a 10 hour shift. With 2 private rooms dedicated to our pelvic patients, we make sure the environment is comfortable and you have everything you need to perform your job seamlessly. We offer four 10 hour shifts per week to allow you a great work/life balance so you can also enjoy all of what the beautiful state of Montana has to offer.

Responsibilities:

• Applying your clinical reasoning to assess movement dysfunction and identify underlying causes through patient history and physical examination.
• Collaboratively developing and adjusting evidence-based plans of care that reflect each patient's goals, needs, and lifestyle.
• Delivering skilled interventions, including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and modalities, to improve function and reduce pain.
• Tracking meaningful patient outcomes and adjusting your approach based on progress and clinical presentation.
• Serving as a trusted resource and advocate for your patients throughout their recovery journey.

Qualifications:

• Passion around serving others!
• Current Montana state license as a Physical Therapist or ability to obtain license.
• Recent graduates and experienced Physical Therapists encouraged to apply.

About:

Salary range: $78,000 - 105,000 per year
