You’ll be positioned for a great career!Job DescriptionThe Technical Analyst III job family is responsible for delivering superior services acting as a liaison between the line of business and IT with a focus on end user experience such as user interfacing, user flow, data flow, and/or other UI/UX strategies. Using comprehensive expertise, defining and performing analysis, design, programming, planning, implementation, and supporting of some of the most critical systems software and procedures with a focus on our long term technology road map which require technical and systems knowledge. How You'll Spend Your Time• Partner with a Technical Product Owner to execute work aligned to a digital product roadmap. • Write clear user stories and acceptance criteria, facilitate refinement sessions, and align teams on shared solution intent. • Balance tradeoffs across business goals, user experience, technical considerations, and delivery timelines. • Produce business and functional requirements for simple complex initiatives and support planning, testing, and deployment of solutions. • Mentor and support other analysts through collaboration, guidance, and shared problem solving. Education & Experience RequirementsThis level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of (a/an) Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science or related field of study and / or 3-5 years of directly related experience in Technical Analysis, Data Analytics, or Bank Operations or equivalent combination of education and experience.• Lead AI-first delivery by operationalizing AI across the SDLC to improve speed, clarity, and confidence.• Use AI copilots/agents (GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot) in day-to-day analysis and delivery.• Experienced technical understanding of single application data flows across multiple applications, software integration, system integration, and technology used. • Proficiency in RDBMS principles and tools, tiered environments (e.g., development, testing, UAT, production, DR), and application disaster recovery. • Strong SQL query skills and knowledge of IT and IS standards and concepts. • Ability to conduct fit-gap analysis and provide resolutions to moderately complex problems. • Well-developed project management skills, including knowledge of project management methodologies, quality/testing methodologies, and IT lifecycle governance. • Excellent collaborative skills, including oral and written communication skills to effectively represent oneself and the organization • Demonstrated ability to establish and build healthy working partnerships with clients, vendors and peers. • Agile & scrum experience in software development Working Conditions & Physical RequirementsOfficeBOK Financial Corporation Group is a stable and financially strong organization that provides excellent training and development to support building the long term careers of employees.
