Job Description
The Medication Assistant/Front Desk role involves supporting medication administration processes while managing front desk operations to ensure efficient patient flow and excellent customer service. This position requires multitasking between clinical support and administrative duties, playing a vital role in patient care coordination and communication.
Responsibilities
- Assist with medication administration
- Manage front desk activities
- Schedule patient appointments
- Check in patients efficiently
- Provide customer service to visitors and patients
- Handle incoming phone calls professionally
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years experience in healthcare support
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong customer service skills
- Knowledge of medication administration
- Experience with front desk operations
- Effective communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Basic medical terminology understanding
Medical Office is located in Orlando, Florida area. Second office is in Celebration. You will rotate between the 2 offices.Position is Monday to Friday 9 to 5.
