We're seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead our wholesale pharmaceutical distribution operations. You’ll oversee every aspect of our distribution warehouse—from inventory accuracy and regulatory compliance to technology, security, procurement collaboration, and team leadership—while helping ensure the safe, efficient delivery of pharmaceutical products across our organization. Warehouse Operations Direct all daily warehouse and distribution operations. Lead, coach, and develop a high‑performing warehouse team. Drive operational efficiency through process improvement initiatives. Ensure inventory accuracy, timely order fulfillment, and workflow optimization. Maintain a safe, organized, and secure warehouse environment. Oversee warehouse security systems and facility access controls. Partner with IT to support warehouse technology, inventory management systems, and wireless picking solutions. Deliver exceptional service to both internal departments and external customers. Inventory & Supply Chain Collaborate with Purchasing to evaluate new vendors and products. Assist with inventory forecasting and purchasing strategies. Analyze product usage trends and pricing to support purchasing decisions. Help optimize inventory levels while minimizing shortages and excess inventory. Compliance & Quality Ensure compliance with: Drug Supply Chain Security Act (DSCSA) Controlled Substances Act (CSA) State Board of Pharmacy regulations Develop, maintain, and improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Champion quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives. Promote operational best practices throughout warehouse operations. Team Leadership Create a culture centered on accountability, collaboration, and safety. Mentor employees through coaching, training, and professional development. Establish performance expectations and recognize team success. Foster employee engagement while supporting organizational goals. What You Bring 5+ years of warehouse, logistics, distribution, or supply chain experience 5+ years leading warehouse or operations teams Experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, wholesale distribution, or another highly regulated industry preferred Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory software, or ERP platforms Law enforcement or security experience is considered an asset Skills Proven leadership and people development abilities Strong operational planning and execution skills Excellent analytical and problem‑solving capabilities Knowledge of inventory management and warehouse best practices Understanding of pharmaceutical distribution regulations Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills High level of integrity, accountability, and attention to detail Why Hometown Pharmacy?
