\nOur client is a well-established South Florida multifamily developer. They have more than 30 years in Florida and over 15,000 luxury apartment and condominium units delivered. They are hiring a Project Manager and a Senior Project Manager to represent ownership on three ground-up multifamily projects in Palm Beach County, each over 300 units and built with tunnel form construction. \nQualifications
\n \n5–8+ years as a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager with a reputable general contractor
\nGround-up multifamily experience required, with a GC or a developer

\n4-year degree in Construction Management, Engineering or a related field
\nSouth Florida market experience preferred, ideally Palm Beach or Broward
\nStrong communication, leadership and organizational skills
