Commercial Roofing Service Account Administrator

Eskola, LLC - Knoxville, Tennessee |  Full-Time (In Person), Monday–Friday | $55,000 - $65,000 (Based on Qualifications & Experience)

Eskola, LLC has been installing commercial and industrial roofing and waterproofing systems throughout the North and Southeastern U.S. since 1972. We're seeking a motivated individual to join our fast-paced team as a Service Account Administrator.

The Service Account Administrator is responsible for managing service operations, ensuring timely response to customer needs, coordinating repairs, and supporting the service team. This position serves as the primary point of contact between clients, technicians, and management, ensuring effective communication and efficient service delivery.

What You Will Do

• Act as the main point of contact for clients on service requests, updates, and follow-ups
• Schedule and dispatch technicians and coordinate service appointments efficiently
• Create and manage work orders, ensuring documentation is complete and accurate
• Allocate equipment, materials, and manpower for service jobs, and track inventory used
• Review completed work orders, prepare invoices, and communicate costs and payment terms to customers

What We Are Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in service coordination, dispatch, or customer service, preferably in commercial roofing or construction
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency with service management software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record

Preferred Skills & Certifications

• Familiarity with roofing systems, materials, and repair processes
• OSHA 10-hour or 30-hour card
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish
