In this role, you will provide technical leadership, systems design support, and integration and test expertise to Agile software development teams. You will define system functionality by developing use cases, translating customer requirements into capabilities, epics, and features, defining system interfaces, and establishing acceptance criteria while supporting the systems engineering lifecycle.What You Will DoSupport mission thread-level meetings by developing Interface Control Documents (ICDs), Concepts of Operations (CONOPS), and system interface definitions to refine enterprise capabilitiesSupport enterprise test activities by participating in mission thread test meetings and providing test execution and discrepancy report (DR) verification statusDecompose customer requirements into capabilities, features, and user stories using SAFe Agile methodologiesProvide technical guidance and clarification throughout the software development lifecycle, including design, development, integration, testing, deployment, and operationsCollaborate with cross-functional subject matter experts to define solutions and document system designsQualifications You Must HaveTypically requires a Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 5+ years of prior relevant experienceExperience developing system designs, capabilities, and features, including functional descriptions, interface definitions, and acceptance criteriaExperience supporting Agile software development as a Systems Engineer, including system design, integration, testing, and verification activitiesExperience supporting Intelligence Community (IC) programs, preferably within the data processing domainActive and transferable U.S. government-issued TS/SCI security clearance is required prior to start date with the ability to obtain a Polygraph after start. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
