Overnight Valet AttendantAs an Overnight Valet Attendant, you will be responsible for assisting guests as the first point of contact and providing superior guest service by parking and retrieving vehicles. This position may require flexible scheduling availability.Job Requirements:Must have a valid Driver's License and be 21 years of agePark and retrieve vehicles while providing great customer serviceOpen and close car doors while assisting with luggage or other belongingsDirect traffic in the parking area as needed and assist guests in entering and leaving the parking lotCollect and accurately label keys belonging to guests to ensure their proper returnOrganize and file paperwork regarding guests' vehicles and daily transactionsJob Qualifications:Knowledge of local roads and routes to area attractions and points of interestHaving a proper, valid Driver's License and a clean driving record Highly motivated team player with strong initiative and desire for achievementMust be effective in handling problems in the workplace including anticipating, preventing, identifying, and solving problems as necessaryAbility to work well in stressful situationsReadily available and approachable for all guests while providing excellent guest serviceThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. The number of hours you will be scheduled to work during the week is variable and is based on guest occupancy, season, staffing and other factors.
