How you’ll make an impact in this role

• Lead specialized hemodialysis treatments with a focus on safe vascular access, precise therapy delivery, and patient comfort.

• Monitor patient stability in real time, continuously tracking vitals and fluid balance to proactively prevent complications during care.

• Coordinate holistic renal care alongside nephrologists and care teams to keep long-term treatment plans aligned and seamless.

• Empower patients and families through ongoing education on fluid management, access care, and life between treatments.

What minimum requirements you’ll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

• Registered Nurse credentialed from the Oklahoma Board of Nursing required.

Education:

• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR professional licensure at time of hire required.
