You will work primarily on M&A sell side transactions and be given meaningful responsibility, direct client exposure, and the opportunity to contribute to the continued growth of the franchise.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the preparation and analysis of historical and projected financial informationOversee financial modeling, valuation analyses, and transaction structuringManage due diligence processes and coordinate transaction execution teamsPrepare confidential information memoranda, management presentations, and marketing materialsSupport new business development initiatives, including pitch creation and client strategy developmentMaintain active communication with clients, prospective clients, and professional advisorsMentor and supervise junior team members while ensuring high-quality analytical outputQualifications5+ years of relevant investment banking experience or MBA graduates with at least 4 years of investment banking experienceStrong knowledge of accounting, valuation methodologies, and applied financial theoryDemonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environmentExcellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skillsCollaborative mindset with the ability to lead teams and interact effectively with senior stakeholdersHighly motivated, entrepreneurial, and interested in building long-term client relationshipsAcademic or professional training in finance, accounting, or related disciplines strongly preferred Compensation and BenefitsHoulihan Lokey is committed to providing its employees with an exciting career opportunity and competitive total compensation package, which may include other components such as discretionary incentive compensation.
