Job Title: Order Picker for Chiller and HVAC Assembly

Monday through Thursday from 5:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., and Friday from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. $22.58

Job Description

This role supports the production teams by accurately pulling and staging units and parts on the production floor to keep chiller system builds for data centers running smoothly. You will use pallet jacks, tuggers, and carts to pick orders for production lines and help with general warehouse cleaning and organization in a modern, climate-controlled facility.

Responsibilities

• Pull and stage units and parts on the production floor to support ongoing chiller system builds for data centers.
• Use pallet jacks, tuggers, and carts to pick and move orders efficiently to the correct production lines.
• Follow order picking instructions and production schedules to ensure accurate and timely delivery of materials.
• Perform inventory control tasks, including locating, counting, and verifying parts and materials as needed.
• Operate material handling equipment, such as sit-down forklifts, in a safe and responsible manner if qualified.
• Use RF scanners to pick, track, and confirm inventory movements and order fulfillment.

Essential Skills

• At least 12 years of order picking experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Hands-on experience with material handling and order picking in a warehouse or production setting.
• Experience using RF scanners for picking and inventory control.
• Familiarity with inventory control processes and basic warehouse documentation.
• Ability to safely operate pallet jacks, tuggers, and carts to move materials.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Maple Grove, MN.

The pay range for this position is $22.58 - $22.58/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

This is a fully onsite position in Maple Grove,MN.
