Automation Engineer

Job Summary Under close supervision, the Automation Engineer I supports the design, analysis, and integration of robotics, automation technologies, and related equipment and tooling. Assists with the development and testing of preventive maintenance plans, supports interim solutions for damaged or unsafe equipment, and documents engineering changes. Ensures equipment and tooling configurations follow standard operating procedures and contributes to basic equipment reliability improvements using established engineering tools and methods. Responsibilities Execute assigned tasks in design, analysis, modification, and integration under close supervision Apply standard methods, drawings, and procedures to develop solutions Prepare documentation, test records, and configuration updates Support preventive maintenance planning and interim corrective action Collect data, perform basic measurements, and contribute to validation activities Adhere to safety, quality, and compliance standards Participate in continuous learning and skill development Collaborate within team processes and follow established workflows to ensure consistency and reliability in automation engineering tasks Education & Experience College/University degree in a related field required Mandarin speaker highly preferred Skills/ Ability Generic (High Level) Demonstrate foundational understanding of automation concepts and tools Apply attention to detail and disciplined execution Communicate clearly in documentation and technical reviews Use basic data analysis and measurement techniquesFollow safety, quality, and compliance procedures Interpret technical drawings and standard operating instructions Collaborate effectively and respond to feedback Embrace learning mindset and standardized work practices to support operational excellence #J-18808-Ljbffr Plasticos Castella SA
