Description Carle Health is seeking a BE/BC Occupational and Environmental Medicine or Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Emergency Medicine Physician to join our established Occupational Medicine team in Peoria, Illinois. Opportunity Details Reasonable volume and well-paced environment; work 5 days per week in our office in Peoria The department works closely with all supporting services, including Occupational/Physical Therapists, Industrial Rehabilitation, Radiology, Orthopedics, Plastic Surgery, Wound Care specialists and Neurosurgery Opportunity for academic and/or research affiliation with the Carle Illinois College of Medicine, the nation’s first medical school focused at the intersection of healthcare and engineering Excellent benefits package: health/dental/life insurance, 403-B plan with employer match, Short and long-term disability, allowance, and paid malpractice insurance with tail insurance coverage Clinic Hours are Mon - Fri 8 AM - 6 PM and Sat 9 AM - 4 PM Candidates must be trained in Family Medicine, have additional training in Occupational Medicine Our Occupational Health providers currently see patients for Occupational Health, and DOT visits in addition to Walk-Ins Compensation and Benefits The compensation range for this position is $294,000 - $350,000. This represents a good faith minimum and maximum range for the role at the time of posting by Carle Health. The actual compensation offered to a candidate will be dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's experience, qualifications, location, training, licenses, shifts worked and compensation model.
