Type: Part-Time (Approx. 16 hours/week | 2 8hr days Days)

Schedule: Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM | NO Weekends | NO Federal Holidays

ABOUT THE POSITION
Clear Out Junk Removal is hiring a sharp, high-integrity team member who takes pride in doing hard work right the first time.

This is a Laborer-to-Crew-Lead Fast Track. You will start as a Laborer, learn our operational standards, and have a direct, clear path to promotion as soon as you prove your reliability and pass our skill assessments.

COMPENSATION & LONG-TERM GROWTH
Starting Pay (Laborer): $20.00 / hour (W-2 employment — no cash under the table)

Crew Lead Rate: $22.00 / hour (Achieved upon passing our Estimator Assessment & Trailer Backing Test)

Equipment Bonus: Additional +$1.50/hr incentive for being signed off Skid Steer Operator

Guaranteed Increases & Bonuses:

3% Guaranteed Raise Every Year

Performance-Based Annual Bonuses

THE SCHEDULE & HOURS
Hours: Approx. 16 hours/week (2 8-hour days, Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM).

15-Hour Guarantee: We guarantee a minimum of 15 hours per week if you want them.

Flexibility on Slow Days: On non-mandatory shop or maintenance days where field jobs aren't scheduled, you have the option to take the day off if you prefer.

Work-Life Balance: NO Weekends | NO Federal Holidays.

We operate a highly professional, tight-ship business and respect our team's and clients' time.

Zero Tolerance for Lateness: Our start times are firm. Being on time means being parked, ready, and pulled up to the shop before 8:00 AM. If punctuality is difficult for you, this is not the place for you.

Strict Policy Adherence: We hold our crew to high standards regarding safety protocols, truck inspections, and company SOPs. If you are looking for an informal, "anything goes" employer, this is not the job for you. We treat our team like professionals and expect professional behavior in return.

THE REALITY OF THE JOB (READ BEFORE APPLYING)
This is physical, demanding, and dirty work. We take pride in helping people out of tough situations, but you must be prepared for what the job entails:

The Environment: You will be working in hoarder houses, eviction cleanouts, dirty sheds, attic spaces, and making regular runs to the local landfill.

The Physicality: Constant lifting, carrying heavy furniture/appliances, loading dump trailers, and working on your feet in all weather conditions to include rain, humidity, heat advisories.

The Standards: Attention to detail, strict safety adherence, and elite customer service are mandatory. We do not tolerate laziness, sloppy work, or bad attitudes.

HARD REQUIREMENTS (NON-NEGOTIABLE)
Age & Legal: Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the US on W-2.

Driving Record: Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.

Transportation: Reliable vehicle to get to and from our shop in King George on time every single shift.

Language & Communication: Must speak fluent English with strong interpersonal and customer service skills.

Physical Ability: Able to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and work physically demanding 8-hour shifts.

PREFERENCE GIVEN TO CANDIDATES WITH:
Experience backing and maneuvering trailers.

Prior team leadership, supervisory, or military/first-responder background.

Skid steer operation experience.
