I’m a graduate of Murray State University with a business degree and, outside of the office, I enjoy coaching my kids’ sports, volunteering at church, supporting local organizations, and getting in a round of golf when I can. Family and community are a big part of who I am, and that spirit carries into how we run our agency. Role Description As Account Associate – State Farm Agent Team Member for Shane Andrus – State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries. Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status. Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance. Qualifications Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred. Compensation $19.25 per hour State Farm agents are independent contractors who hire their own employees. State Farm agents’ employees are not employees of State Farm.
