This is a full-time, year-round position beginning July 2026. Starting wage for this role is $17.50/hour. Staff accommodation not available, candidates are required to secure their own accommodation. Roles & Responsibilities Create exceptional first impressions by welcoming guests with a friendly, professional, and enthusiastic attitude Check guests in and out efficiently, assign rooms, and manage room availability Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience Share information about hotel amenities, local attractions, activities, and services to help guests make the most of their stay Respond to guest questions and requests with professionalism and a solution-focused approach Support teammates across departments and jump in wherever needed Take on a variety of responsibilities in a dynamic role where no two days are the same Required Skills & Qualifications Previous Front Desk, hospitality, or guest service experience is strongly preferred Strong commitment to guest service and teamwork Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Positive attitude and professional demeanor Commitment to safety, cleanliness, and operational standards Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment About Us We're more than a hospitality and attractions company.
