About the Role
We are seeking a reliable forklift driver responsible for loading and unloading pallets of glass within a production plant environment. The role involves operating a sit-down forklift, scanning pallets for inventory accuracy, and staging pallets on the warehouse floor to support production and shipment activities. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, capable of standing for entire shifts, and able to lift up to 20 lbs, ensuring safety and accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate a sit-down forklift (Montacargas - Sentado) to load and unload pallets from trailers
• Scan pallets to maintain inventory accuracy
• Stage pallets on the warehouse floor for production or shipment
• Handle and stack pallets properly to ensure safety and stability
• Maintain attention to detail during all loading, unloading, and staging activities
• Follow safety protocols and forklift operation standards
• Support inventory control processes through accurate scanning and staging
• Assist with general warehouse duties as needed within scope of forklift responsibilities

Required Qualifications

• Ability to operate a sit-down forklift (Montacargas - Sentado)
• Experience in loading and unloading pallets
• Ability to stand throughout the entire shift
• Capacity to lift up to 20 lbs
• Attention to detail during scanning and pallet staging
