Registered Nurse - Emergency Room - Per Diem

Location: River Falls, WI

Job Description:

Bring your energy and expertise to a fast-paced ER team in the River Falls area, where compassionate care and teamwork drive every patient interaction. This per diem RN role requires an active Wisconsin RN license and current BLS, ACLS, PALS or PEARS and TNCC certifications, along with solid ER acute care experience. You'll deliver critical bedside care during weekend night shifts, collaborate with a supportive multidisciplinary team, and uphold a patient-centered approach in a dynamic environment. Requirements:

ER Acute Care experience (2 years)
Active Wisconsin RN license
BLS Certification (AHA or ARC)
ACLS Certification
PALS Certification (or PEARS)
TNCC Certification
2 clinical references (at least 1 leadership) from assignments within the last year
Shift availability: Friday, Saturday, Sunday
