Clinical Nurse Coordinator nights

Mission Health in Asheville, NC seeks a Clinical Nurse Coordinator to lead and coordinate patient care within our Healthcare & Medical Services department. As an RN, you will oversee daily clinical operations, support care planning, mentor nursing staff, and ensure adherence to evidence-based practices, safety standards, and regulatory requirements. You will collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care, participate in performance improvement initiatives, educate patients and families, and contribute to a culture of teamwork, respect, and professional growth with clear paths for advancement.
