Mitigation technician

IN LAKELAND, PLANT CITY, WESLEY CHAPEL, & NEARBY AREAS IN FL Mitigation Technician needed! True Builders is seeking Mitigation Technicians to join our team. We are a full-service restoration company located in Plant City, FL that provides residential and commercial services to our customers. Job Summary We are looking for experienced mitigation technicians. Applicants who enjoy helping others, take pride in their work, and take ownership of their career will thrive in our company. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Water damage – extraction, drying, moisture readings, working knowledge of IR cameras, content manipulation, etc. Fire damage – board up, containment, soot and odor cleaning, pack out, etc. Inspect, evaluate, pictures and or video recording, and accurate and timely documentation on all jobs Requirements for position: Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean MVR Must be able to pass a background and drug test Must have dependable transportation Must be 25+ years old Must be able to work long hours (night, weekends, and on call rotation) Ability to work well with others & follow directions Ability to lift a minimum of 50+ lbs. safely High school diploma or GED Candidates should have: Strong communication and customer service skills Background in restoration/construction a plus Computer skills a plus Desire to learn True Builders is seeking individuals that have a desire to help people in their time of need, perform quality work, have a positive attitude, and a desire for long term employment with advancement opportunities.
