RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions.
• Assist current clients with service needs with their policies.
• Generate quotes and present coverage options.
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
• Provide outstanding customer service throughout the sales process.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve agency growth goals.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Customer service, or relationship-building experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Ability to build trust and establish long-term client relationships.
• Driven by goals and energized by achieving measurable success.
• Must be willing to obtain applicable insurance licensing.
