The Pharmacist performs both clinical and distributive tasks necessary to ensure that patients' medication therapy is safe, effective, timely and efficient. The Pharmacist acts independently within the scope of their license and areas of expertise with the help of general policies, procedures and practice guidelines with support from the Inpatient Pharmacy Director.
