Automotive Maintenance Manager

Maintenance Manager – This position is for a manager to maintain the dealership facility! Benefits Health, Vision, and Dental Insurance Paid Maternity & Paternity after one year of employment Paid Training Career Advancement 401(K) and profit sharing Responsibilities Perform daily inspections of the facility and dealership equipment, identifying issues and addressing necessary repairs promptly. Ensure all service bays, customer areas, and facility grounds are maintained to company standards. Ensure compliance with OSHA and dealership safety regulations. Participate in safety meetings and training sessions and promote a safety‑first mindset among dealership staff. Identify and address potential safety hazards, taking proactive measures to prevent accidents. Requirements High school diploma or GED. Experience in facility or building maintenance, ideally in an automotive or dealership environment. Must be authorized to work in the USA. Able to pass pre‑employment background checks, MVR, and drug screen. Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
