At Inspired Living, sales is about more than occupancy, it's about people, relationships, and helping families navigate an important life decision.Our Inspired Living at Lakewood Ranch community is looking for a dynamic, relationship-driven Director of Sales & Marketing to lead our sales strategy, grow community awareness, build strong referral partnerships, and help families discover the Inspired Living experience.If you're competitive, compassionate, creative, and energized by connecting with people, this could be your next great opportunity!What You'll DoOwn the community's sales and occupancy strategy and drive results against established goals.Manage the full sales journey-from initial inquiry and relationship-building through deposit and move-in.Connect with prospective residents and families to understand their needs and confidently present the community's services and advantages.Build and maintain strong referral relationships with healthcare professionals, senior organizations, hospitals, skilled nursing communities, financial and legal professionals, clergy, and local partners.Develop and execute creative marketing plans, events, presentations, and outreach strategies that generate qualified leads.Represent Inspired Living throughout the local community and build awareness through networking, professional organizations, and community events.Develop relationships with current residents and families to generate referrals and strengthen resident retention.Monitor sales activity, lead sources, conversion ratios, occupancy, and revenue opportunities.Use lead management systems to track prospects, follow-ups, sales activity, and results.Partner with community leadership to identify opportunities to improve occupancy, revenue, and the overall resident experience.Keep leadership informed of sales activity, trends, challenges, and opportunities.Bring fresh ideas, energy, and creativity to the sales and marketing strategy!What You Bring5+ years of outside sales experience required.Experience in a service-focused industry preferred; senior living, healthcare, hospitality, or related sales experience is a plus.Proven success building relationships, generating leads, and closing business.Strong networking, presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.Ability to travel locally for networking, events, presentations, and business development.Bachelor 's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.Comfortable using CRM/lead management systems and analyzing sales data.Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently.A confident, upbeat leader who enjoys challenges and inspires others to succeed.Most importantly, a genuine passion for helping families and creating exceptional experiences.Why Inspired Living?At Inspired Living, we believe the best salespeople don't just sell a community, they build trust.You'll join a fun-loving, people-focused team that believes relationships matter, creativity should be encouraged, and every interaction is an opportunity to make a difference.Benefits include:Medical, Dental & VisionPaid Time Off401(k) Retirement PlanLife InsuranceAssociate Wellness ProgramIf you're a relationship builder, strategic thinker, community connector, and results-driven sales leader, we want to meet you!
