Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual mental health counseling sessions via secure video chat, ensuring a respectful and compassionate environment for clients.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in a counseling-related discipline such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is required.

• A current, state-issued mental health counseling license, allowing you to work independently. Note that we do not provide supervision for provisional licenses.

• Licenses must include, but are not limited to, LMFT, LPC, and LCSW.

• A clean disciplinary record and no pending limitations on your license.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, demonstrating empathy and understanding towards clients.

• Proficient in using technology, including a computer with audio and webcam capabilities, and knowledge of telehealth systems.

• A reliable internet connection to ensure uninterrupted service delivery.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in counseling or mental health services.

• A proven track record in providing telehealth counseling and familiarity with video conferencing tools.
