What You'll Do

• Lead daily restaurant operations and ensure an exceptional guest experience

• Coach, train, and develop team members

• Build a positive, high-performing team culture

• Assist with hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and team development

• Manage food quality, cleanliness, and food safety standards

• Help achieve sales, labor, and food cost goals

• Lead by example during busy lunch and dinner shifts

• Solve problems quickly while maintaining a positive attitude

• Support the General Manager in all aspects of restaurant operations

We're Looking For Someone Who:

• Has restaurant leadership experience (Assistant Manager, Shift Leader, or similar)

• Leads with integrity and accountability

• Is passionate about hospitality and serving others

• Builds strong relationships with guests and team members

• Thrives in a fast-paced environment

• Is organized, dependable, and detail-oriented

• Wants to grow their leadership career

• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 40 pounds on an occasional basis.

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and move throughout the restaurant for extended periods during scheduled shifts.

• Ability to perform duties in all areas of the restaurant, including the kitchen, food preparation, service line, and front-of-house as business needs require.

• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety, quality, and exceptional guest service.

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of restaurant leadership experience

• Experience with scheduling, inventory, and team development

• Food safety certification is a plus
