Registered Nurse

Seeking a qualified Registered Nurse to provide high-quality care in a long-term care / skilled nursing facility setting. This role requires flexibility, reliability, and a commitment to patient well-being.

Responsibilities:

• Administer nursing care and monitor patient health status per facility protocols
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop and update care plans
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and responses accurately
• Provide patient and family education regarding health conditions and treatments
• Ensure compliance with state licensing requirements and facility policies
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment to promote patient safety

Qualifications:

• Must hold an active Hawaii RN license prior to start date
• Demonstrate ability to work rotating shifts and weekends as needed
• Possess proven experience in LTC/SNF environments
• Strong clinical assessment, documentation, and communication skills
• Ability to adhere to all OSHA and HIPAA regulations
• Maintain current CPR and BLS certifications
