Support, coach, and develop team members. Deliver an exceptional guest experience. Help grow memberships and guest loyalty. Assist with scheduling and salon organization. Qualifications Required: Membership growth and retention are critical measures of success in this position. Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to motivate, coach, and develop employees. Excellent organizational and problem‑solving abilities. Strong customer service background. Ability to work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment. Positive actitud. Preferred: 1–3+ years of leadership or management experience in a salon, spa, wellness, or beauty business. Current or former nail technician experience highly preferred. Experience supporting and developing employees.
