AI Scheduler

About the Role

Join a construction technology team building AI-powered 4D scheduling capabilities that connect 3D models with project timelines and planning data. You will bring general contracting project management expertise to product and engineering decisions, helping make complex construction planning more practical and effective.

What You'll Do

• Help design and build 4D scheduling capabilities grounded in how construction projects are planned and delivered.

• Apply hands-on general contractor project management judgment to product and engineering decisions.

• Read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings in your day-to-day work.

• Partner with engineers on technical and AI-related work, without needing to code.

What We're Looking For

• 8 to 12 or more years of construction project management experience spanning project planning and field execution.

• Experience managing complex projects or project managers end-to-end, including multiple projects across the United States.

• Background with a general contracting company and the ability to read and understand construction drawings.

• Experience beyond field-only superintendent roles and beyond planning-only work.

• Familiarity with construction project management tools, BIM or 3D modeling, scheduling software, or AI systems is useful; coding experience is not required.

• A civil engineering or construction management background is relevant.

• Must be located in the United States and be a U.S. citizen or Green Card holder.
