CoreTitle is looking for a vibrant, talented professional to join our growing and talented team! 

CORE is currently seeking a hardworking and experienced Title Processor.   This position is in our expanding Core Shore Division, primarily Atlantic and Cape May Counties and is an in-office position in our Northfield Office.

Join one of Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Florida’s fastest growing title companies and most successful title team!  You will perform advanced duties related to all facets of title processing. Therefore, the candidate must have excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills to exercise independent judgments during the process.  A persistence to achieve customer satisfaction must also be demonstrated.  A proven ability to take initiative, be a team player, and manage multiple files at one time within critical timeframes is necessary. Essential Responsibilities:

•    Review Title Commitment/Binders for accuracy
•    Verify Transfer and Recordation tax information
•    Verify accuracy of provided documentation
•    Prepare Preliminary and Final Closing Disclosures or HUD-1s and ALTA Settlement Statements
•    Coordinate with Agents, Buyers, Sellers and Lender to schedule Closing
•    Prepare closing documents for settlement
•    Balance files for closing

Required Skills and Competencies:

•    2+ Years of experience Required
•    Superior attention to detail
•    Exceptional organizational and proofreading skills
•    Ability to track and meet deadlines
•    Experience and ability to thrive in a high volume, high-pressure environment
•    Knowledge of Qualia (preferred)
•    Strong verbal and written communication skills
•    Ability to read and understand legal documents
•    Task-oriented and resourceful
•    Excellent work ethic
