Inventory Accountant

We're partnering with our client, seeking a Senior Accountant who enjoys variety, takes ownership, and values being part of a collaborative team. What You'll Do Manage day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash management. Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and month-end close activities. Produce financial reports and provide reporting support to company leadership. Assist with inventory accounting and reconciliation for a large product catalog. Process bi-weekly payroll through a third-party provider. Coordinate sales tax filings, business licenses, and other compliance-related activities. Work with outside partners including the CPA firm, banking contacts, and other service providers. Support ongoing process improvements as the company continues to expand. What They’re Looking For Bachelor's degree in Accounting. Approximately 5+ years of progressive accounting experience. Strong understanding of month-end close and financial reporting. Experience with QuickBooks is preferred. Advanced Excel skills and comfort learning new software. Inventory accounting experience is highly desirable. Manufacturing or distribution industry experience is a plus.
