JOB TITLE: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) The Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is a member of the Divine Steps Therapy management team and is responsible for clinical oversight of behavioral services for individuals with a diagnosis of autism spectrum disorder. We're currently expanding our ABA company to North Carolina and we are looking for a talented BCBA to join our team and grow with us. Job Types: Full-time Full Time Pay $100,000 Salary + (Bonus structure) Responsibilities and Duties Maintain a caseload and help expand in the region Administers, conducts, evaluates and supervises the implementation of the treatment plan. Develops individualized goals and objectives for in-home programs and designs treatment plans based on functional assessment data. Ongoing program oversight and weekly on-site/remote supervision of RBTs.
