Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Critical Care/Intensive Care - Discipline: Nurse Practitioner - Duration: 26 weeks - 40 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours - Employment Type: Locum Tenens Location: 725 American Ave, Waukesha, WI, USA, 53188 Schedule: 7 shifts a month. Days and Nights required. Locum will be cross-credentialed at ProHealth Waukesha Memorial Hospital and ProHealth Oconomowoc Memorial Hospital Skills & Experience A MINIMUM of 2 years of recent experience as a Nurse Practitioner is required. Working knowledge and understanding of quality measurement in the management of chronic disease conditions. Must have NP license, DEA license, AANP/ANNCC, ACLS, PALS & ATLS. Education Master's Degree level Nurse Practitioner program with current National Board Certification and State of Employment license to practice in the Advanced Practice Nurse role for the state of Wisconsin.
