If your work experience and/or education aligns with the requirements and responsibilities listed below, apply now!Essential FunctionsDevelop and maintain strong customer relationships to maximize business potential.Ensure on-time delivery, damage-free services, and accurate billing through meticulous scheduling of pickup and delivery appointments, manipulation of customer orders into the order management system, and obtaining approval for accessorial charges for assigned customers.Proactively engage with internal and external customers on any applicable assignments.Use Transportation Management System (TMS) and other software platforms to accommodate and support functional areas.Additional ResponsibilitiesPerforms other duties as assigned.Skills and AbilitiesEffectively manage multiple assignments, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing conditions and work assignments. Diploma/GED, RequiredBachelor's Degree in business, logistics or supply chain, Required1 year or more in relevant experience in customer service, supply chain, logistics, warehouse or industry related field. RequiredProficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access. Advanced, RequiredKnowledge in the logistics industry, applicable local and Federal regulations, and fundamental understanding of Supply Chain Management components.
