We compare with the best version of ourselves.What is the role?As an In-Process Quality Inspector, you are the on-the-floor checkpoint for build quality during Assembly, Integration and Test. Working inside our cleanroom, you make sure flight hardware is assembled, handled and documented correctly at every step - checking the work against drawings and instructions, confirming the right parts are used, and keeping our contamination and ESD discipline tight. This role is based in Denver, Colorado, where we are building a high-performing and fast-paced team. The position will be primarily on-site and in person at the office, with occasional travel visiting our headquarters in Europe.Some of your daily tasks will include:Checking hardware during assembly and integration against the work order, drawings and instructions and confirming the correct parts and revisions are usedCarrying out visual inspections of boards, cables and mechanical parts for defects, damage or workmanship issuesFollowing the inspection checklist for each operation and confirming each step is done correctly before the next one startsVerifying part numbers, serial/lot numbers and that the matching paperwork is presentRecording inspection results clearly and signing off the traveller/route card for completed checksMaking sure cleanroom rules are followed - correct gowning, ESD protection, and keeping only approved materials in the roomFlagging non-conformances and helping to document themKeeping the inspection area, tools and gauges clean and in order and confirming measuring tools are within calibration before useTaking photos of hardware and defects when required for the recordsSupporting the AIT technicians by checking their work as they go and pointing out issues earlyWhat do we look for?Technical secondary education or higher in electronics, mechanics or a related fieldA sharp eye for detail and the patience to do close, careful workGood hands-on coordination - comfortable handling small, delicate partsAbility to read and follow technical drawings and work instructionsA disciplined, methodical approach to record-keepingThe integrity to speak up when something isn't right, even under schedule pressureNice to have: experience in a cleanroom or ESD-controlled environment; inspection experience in electronics, aerospace, medical, automotive or another high-reliability field; IPC awareness (e.g. IPC-A-610)Why EnduroSat?Fast-paced and delivery-focused cultureWe work with well-defined quarterly based objectives, that allow us to fast-track the progression of our work and improve as we goTough engineering challenges & hard-core R&DYou will be able to work on unique space technology and build next-gen innovations, while mentored by world-recognized space expertsConstant learning and progressionOwn your personal growth by navigating through our career progression framework and educational programsChance to join our space educational programMeet international space experts and improve your knowledge and skillset with our hands-on educational programWhat do we offer?Health insurance coverageMatching 401k planGenerous team performance-based bonusCollaboration with EnduroSat offices in EuropeSalary range: $70,000 - $88,000 per year. The state of Colorado requires listing salary details.
