As the RN Consultant

As the RN Consultant you will play a crucial role in providing essential training and clinical oversight to uphold high standards of care while ensuring regulatory compliance and staff competence. You will educate unlicensed personnel, effectively bridging the gap between clinical practice and administrative directives. Your responsibilities will include training staff on medication supervision and administration, infection control, and vital sign monitoring.
