TBK Bank is looking for a friendly and motivated Call Center Agent to join our team. In this role, you'll be the voice of TBK Bank—assisting customers by phone and email, answering questions, and providing top-notch support for their banking needs.A Day in the Life:Your day will be filled with customer interactions—responding to incoming calls and emails, helping customers with everything from opening accounts to understanding our products and services. You’ll work alongside a supportive team that values great service and clear communication. Saturday shifts are part of the schedule, but we keep it short and focused (just a few hours in the morning!).What You’ll Be Doing:Answer incoming calls and emails with professionalism and empathyListen carefully to customer concerns and provide helpful solutionsSupport customers with account opening and banking inquiriesPromote TBK Bank products and services when appropriateKeep management informed of any unusual or recurring issuesEnsure compliance with all bank policies and regulatory requirementsSuggest ways to improve service and processesPrepare and maintain accurate customer recordsParticipate in ongoing training and developmentWork Saturday hours as scheduled (9AM–1PM CST or 8AM–12PM MTN)What Makes You a Great Fit:High school diploma or equivalent1–2 years of call center experience preferredBanking experience is a plus, but not requiredStrong communication and active listening skillsComfortable working on the phone for extended periodsPositive attitude and a team-first mindsetAbility to stay calm under pressure and manage multiple tasksBasic computer skills and ability to learn new systems quicklyApply now and take the next step in your career.
