Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE· High School Diploma or GED – Minimum baseline for entry into the field.Key ResponsibilitiesFacility Cleaning — Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust floors and surfaces throughout the building.Restroom Maintenance — Clean and sanitize restrooms; restock soap, paper products, and supplies.Trash Removal — Empty trash and recycling bins; transport waste to designated disposal areas.Surface Sanitization — Disinfect high?touch surfaces to maintain a healthy environment.Minor Maintenance — Replace light bulbs, report repairs, and perform basic building upkeep.Event Setup — Arrange furniture, equipment, and room layouts for meetings or events.Safety Compliance — Follow safety procedures, use cleaning chemicals properly, and maintain equipment.Outdoor Upkeep — Assist with light groundskeeping such as sweeping walkways or clearing debris.QualificationsExperience — Previous custodial or janitorial experience preferred but not always required.Physical Requirements — Ability to lift 25–50 lbs, stand for long periods, and perform repetitive tasks.Skills — Attention to detail, reliability, time management, and ability to work independently.SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:PHYSICAL DEMANDSThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
