If you're detail-oriented, organized, and enjoy working with both your hands and computer systems, this is the opportunity for you. What You’ll Do Inspect & Verify : Match shipment contents with packing slips, manifests, and invoices. Document Prep : Create shipping documents including bills of lading and shipping labels. Package with Care : Pack, seal, label, and prepare materials for shipping according to standard procedures. Track & Report : Record shipment details—weights, freight charges, and discrepancies—for reporting and inventory accuracy. Problem Solve : Communicate with vendors or internal teams to resolve delivery or quality issues. Handle Product : Use hand trucks and other tools to move or stage materials. Select Shipping Methods : Identify the best carriers, routes, or rates for outgoing shipments. Assist as Needed : Support the team with additional tasks as required by management. Skills We Value Experience in shipping, warehousing, or material handling. Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and shipping platforms like FedEx , UPS , or Syteline . Familiarity with tools like hand trucks, tape guns, and label printers. Strong communication skills—written and verbal. Ability to read and understand shipping documents, work orders, and pull sheets. Attention to detail is a must. Requirements Education : High school diploma or GED. Physical Demands : Able to lift up to 50 lbs . Comfortable being on your feet for 8+ hours per day. Occasional desk work/data entry as needed.
