CDL Driver Talent Sourcing Expert

Rumpke of Ohio, Inc. is seeking a Driver Recruiter to source, recruit, screen, and hire qualified commercial drivers including CDL and non-CDL, and driver trainees. You will partner with operations leadership to understand staffing needs, reduce vacancies, and maintain a positive candidate experience while adhering to hiring requirements.
