The Practice Ascension St. Alexius Medical Center – Hoffman Estates, Illinois Critical Care hospital and ER with advanced specialty care services. Level II Trauma Center and Primary Stroke Center with 24/7 cardiac cath lab. 320-bed hospital with 42-bed Emergency Department. Comprehensive sub-specialty backup including 24/7 OB hospitalist, ICU docs, and PEDS hospitalist. Chicago suburb with low penetrating trauma and moderate patient acuity. Compensation for part-time and per diem roles is prorated based on clinical hours worked. In addition, Vituity physicians participate in our partnership model from day one, which includes profit distributions, equity ownership, and K-1 tax advantages. Total compensation including partnership income varies by site and may significantly exceed the range shown.
