Leasing Assistant 5 days ago Requisition ID: 1093 Salary Range: $65,000.00 To $80,000.00 Annually Job Summary: This position reports directly to the Executive Vice President and will provide additional support to the leasing team. The main focus will be to assist the leasing team with operational duties, document preparation, data management, and correspondence with tenants and brokers. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required. Job Duties: Prepare leasing proposals and draft lease documents, ensuring consistency of lease terms and related data. Research, collect, organize, and analyze commercial real estate market data to support leasing activities and decision-making. Maintain and update leasing databases, contact management systems, and related records, ensuring data accuracy and completeness. Compile, maintain, and analyze leasing reports, property information, and market data to identify trends and support management reporting. Manage and maintain the company’s CoStar account. Track leasing activity, transaction status, lease terms, and other key leasing metrics. Review and validate leasing data across systems and reports, identifying discrepancies and coordinating corrections as needed. Maintain accurate records of tenant and broker information. Coordinate with property management and the construction department to collect, verify, and update information relevant to leasing activities. Process and track brokerage commissions and invoices. Assist the marketing team with company events and coordinate registrations and travel arrangements for external industry events as needed. Coordinate conference room preparations and meeting logistics as needed. Roles and Responsibilities: Must be proactive, detail-oriented, and possess the ability to prioritize/multi-task. Must have strong analytical and research skills. Must be proficient in Outlook (Calendars), Word, Excel, MRI, and Monday.com. Must produce within established deadlines. Must be resourceful and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
