PUESTO TEMPORAL DE RESPUESTA A DESASTRES
IMPORTANTE:
Este es un PUESTO TEMPORAL Y POR ACTIVACIÓN para respuesta a desastres y huracanes.
Estos contratos solamente se activan cuando ocurre una emergencia, desastre o huracán. Una vez que comienza una activación, se le llamará para trabajar. Cuando la activación termina, el trabajo termina.
El personal estará limpiando lugares donde se hospedan evacuados, personas afectadas y primeros respondedores. Las tareas pueden incluir limpieza de áreas comunes, baños, áreas de descanso/camas, pasillos, comedores y otras áreas de alto tráfico.

Disponibilidad: Del 1 de junio al 30 de noviembre
Nivel de compromiso:
Debe estar disponible para responder dentro de 24 a 48 horas por un período indefinido durante activaciones de emergencia.

Estamos buscando personas comprometidas y detallistas para brindar apoyo durante la temporada de huracanes y operaciones de respuesta a desastres. Si está dispuesto(a) a marcar la diferencia en momentos de necesidad, queremos conocerle.
Recibirá documentos de orientación y capacitación para asegurarse de estar preparado(a) antes de cualquier activación.
Requisitos:
- Experiencia en limpieza preferida
- Transporte confiable
- Autorización legal para trabajar en EE. UU. (se requiere comprobante)
- Ser bilingüe (inglés/español) es una ventaja
- Disponibilidad para trabajar turnos diurnos o nocturnos
- Capacidad para trabajar en ambientes de respuesta a emergencias

- Levantar y cargar hasta 10 libras

IMPORTANT:
This is a TEMPORARY ON-CALL POSITION for disaster and hurricane response activations only.
These jobs are activated ONLY when a disaster, hurricane, or emergency event occurs. Once an activation begins, employees will be contacted and scheduled to work. When the activation ends, the assignment ends.
You will be cleaning emergency shelter locations where evacuees, displaced individuals, and first responders are staying. Cleaning duties may include common areas, bathrooms, sleeping areas/bed stalls, hallways, dining areas, and other high-traffic locations.

Availability: June 1 through November 30
Commitment Level:
Must be available to respond within 24-48 hours for an undetermined period during emergency activations.
Job Description:
We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented cleaners to assist during hurricane season and emergency disaster response operations. If you are committed and ready to make a difference during times of need, we want to hear from you.
Employees will receive onboarding and training documents to ensure they are prepared before any activation begins.
Requirements:
- Cleaning experience preferred
- Reliable transportation
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S. (proof required)
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
- Must be willing to work day or night shifts
- Must be comfortable working in emergency response environments

- Wear gloves while performing cleaning tasks
- Work with cleaning chemicals and disinfectants
- Lift and carry up to 10 lbs
- Stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods
- Wear closed-toe, slip-resistant shoes during shifts
