Job Title: Janitor / Technician Job Description

We are seeking a diligent and proactive Janitor / Technician to join our team. You will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and safety across our site, ensuring the environment is well-kept and orderly.

• Shovel snow as needed to ensure pathways are clear.
• Empty trash bins onsite and within trailers to maintain cleanliness.
• Lift and transport items weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Clean up garbage and construction materials left on site.
• Perform cleaning and wiping down tasks in construction trailers.
• Ensure bathrooms are cleaned and sanitized regularly.
• Stay busy by identifying tasks that need attention and assisting in various cleaning activities.

• Experience in construction, labor, janitorial, and cleaning tasks.
• Ability to remain active and engaged throughout the workday.
• Capable of working on your feet for extended periods.

• Possess or be willing to wear PPE such as steel or composite toe boots/shoes, a high visibility vest (level 2 with reflective stripe), a hard hat, and safety glasses.

Enjoy a consistent 40-hour work week for 8 weeks, with potential for extension beyond the end of March. This role offers a dynamic work environment where you can actively contribute and make a difference.

The role involves both indoor and outdoor work, with activities taking place at an Amazon Project located at the Perrysburg/Rossford line. The work schedule is from 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.

This is a Contract position based out of Perrysburg, OH.

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
