Digital Marketing Manager

The Digital Marketing Manager leads the strategy and execution of Hoshizaki's digital marketing initiatives, connecting our brand, products, and customers across digital channels to drive engagement, strengthen our online presence, and support business growth. A successful candidate will be a highly analytical, creative, and strategic thinker who can also implement tactical plans effectively.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Maintain accurate website and product database content, meeting established timelines for product launches, updates, and campaigns.
• Increase qualified website traffic and engagement through SEO, AEO, content optimization, and digital campaigns.
• Improve email performance through audience segmentation, testing, and optimization of open rates, click-through rates, conversions, and engagement.
• Grow engagement and reach across priority social media channels.
• Deliver timely, accurate digital assets and product data that support eCommerce and channel-partner needs.
• Use campaign reporting and analytics to demonstrate performance, identify opportunities, and recommend improvements.

Essential Functions

• Develop and execute integrated digital marketing strategies and campaigns across web, email, social media, search, and other digital channels.
• Manage the marketing campaign calendar, ensuring digital initiatives are executed accurately, consistently, and on time.
• Lead the creation, distribution, and optimization of internal and external email communications.
• Develop and manage digital content and campaign copy for websites, landing pages, email, social media, blogs, and other communications.
• Manage the website and product database, ensuring accurate, timely product launches, updates, marketing content, and an optimal user experience.
• Manage and optimize the flow of product and marketing data across databases, websites, digital platforms, and third-party systems.
• Support eCommerce initiatives through accurate digital assets, product content, and data feeds.
• Monitor digital marketing performance, build dashboards and reports, and translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Maintain brand consistency and applicable accessibility, privacy, and user-experience standards across digital platforms and content.
• Collaborate with internal teams, agencies, vendors, and technology partners to deliver digital initiatives on time and within budget.
• Identify and implement emerging digital technologies, trends, and best practices that improve marketing effectiveness and customer engagement.
• Perform additional duties as required by business needs.

Education & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Marketing Technology, Digital Media, or a related field preferred, with five or more years of professional digital marketing experience. Demonstrated technical proficiency with database structures, content management systems, marketing technology platforms, and digital analytics is required. Demonstrated graphic design skills and proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite or similar design tools are also required, along with the ability to independently create and edit professional digital marketing graphics and assets. Experience managing websites, email marketing, SEO, digital campaigns, and product or content data is strongly preferred. An equivalent combination of technical education and relevant professional experience may be considered.

Knowledge & Skills

• Advanced proficiency with WordPress, including UX/UI, accessibility, mobile optimization, and content management.
• Working knowledge of HTML and CSS, with a strong understanding of database structures and digital data relationships.
• Strong knowledge of SEO, AEO, social media marketing, and digital content strategy.
• Proficiency with email marketing and automation platforms, including audience segmentation, campaign testing, and optimization.
• Proficiency with web analytics and reporting tools, with the ability to translate performance data into actionable recommendations.
• Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and demonstrated ability to create and edit professional digital marketing graphics and assets.
• Strong copywriting, editing, and digital content development skills.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills, including managing vendors, budgets, deadlines, and multiple priorities.
• Strong communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and innovative-thinking skills.
