Business Analyst ( FSL)

Job Description The desired individual should preferably have a good understanding of typical business challenges, solutions and best practices in Field Service Management space, and should be able to interact with both technical and functional teams to understand requirements, analyze information, and design comprehensive solutions over the FSL platform. The desired individual will possess strong communication and influence skills with both technical team members and business stakeholders, and should have the skills and experience to assess customer requirements and functional architecture. Field service and related industry experience, as well as Field Service Lightning (or other FSM platform) implementation experience is preferred. The Business Analyst should work closely with Business users to identify the requirements, create user stories, identify dependencies and document them. He/she should also help the Customer Product Owner & the team to maintain the Product Backlog, prioritise and groom user stories, and design the functional solution.
