As an Associate Field Engineer, you are entering the industry on the ground floor with a clear path to becoming an expert. Work with the team to ensure controls, sensors, and software run right while configuring trends and alarms. Project Documentation: Maintain accurate construction records and communicate project status clearly to the team and customers Travel & Flexibility: Travel as needed and stay adaptable to changing schedules and project locations to keep field operations on track. High School Diploma or GED. Capable of working over 8 feet above grade and proficient in the use of ladders and motorized lift equipment. Background: Degree or Technical Certificate in HVAC, Controls, or a related field. Basic understanding of BAS integration and TCP/IP networking (including wireless). Software: Proficient with Microsoft 365 applications. This position may be entitled to short-term cash incentives, subject to plan requirements.
