Job Title: Assistant Marketing Manager

Location: Atlanta, GA – Hybrid (3 days on-site a week)

Contract Duration: 3+ months

Hourly Pay Rate: $36.00/hr

About the Company: A leading media and entertainment company creating and distributing premium content through iconic brands. This role supports multi-faceted marketing campaigns for network properties, from strategy to execution and recap.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project manage marketing campaign elements, including creative development, media plan fulfillment, specifications, delivery, and approvals.
• Traffic creative assets, copy, show descriptions, premiums, and status reports to fulfill internal/external requests.
• Prepare PowerPoint presentations and documents for internal/external meetings.
• Develop marketing collateral: select creative with management, coordinate with vendors, proof materials, and distribute to stakeholders.
• Collaborate across teams (Brand Creative, Social Media, Digital Platforms, Media Group, Operations, PR, Research, Development, Programming) on deliverables and deadlines.
• Assist with agency management, budget tracking, project timelines, status reports, premium selection/purchase, and vendor liaison for quality/delivery.
• Set up agency capabilities presentations as needed.

Technology Requirements:

• Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
