Welder/Fabricator – Immediate Opening Pay Rate: $25–$30/hr Schedule: 7:30am–4:00pm, Monday–Friday Assignment Length: Temp-to-Hire Our client in Biddeford is hiring a skilled Welder/Fabricator to join their team in a clean, air-conditioned metal fabrication environment. This position pays $25–$30/hr and is temp-to-hire, offering long-term opportunity and stability. This is a hands-on fabrication role ideal for experienced welders who can work independently, read blueprints, and produce high-quality tubular steel components with precision. Typical daily duties: Layout, fit, MIG weld, and finish tubular-steel parts per customer specifications Read and interpret blueprints, job travelers, cut lists, and BOMs Measure work pieces throughout fabrication to ensure quality and repeatability Perform daily safety checks and basic maintenance on welding equipment Identify defects or equipment issues and report them to supervision What we’re looking for: High school diploma, trade school certificate, or equivalent experience Proficiency using tape measures, calipers, and related measuring tools Strong blueprint reading skills, including decimals and fractions Understanding of material behavior, including heat-related shrinkage/expansion #J-18808-Ljbffr
