Senior Manager, FP&A

Harmer Associates has partnered with a privately held transport company seeking to hire for position of Senior Manager, FP&A . Location: Lafayette, Louisiana (relocation assistance available) Work Model: Onsite This is a critical role for the organization responsible for leading business and operational FP&A for the business unit. This role owns end-to-end budgeting process as primary focus. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business administration MBA and/or CPA considered a plus 8-10 years of experience with minimum 2 years in key financial management roles Experience in a senior level finance role, partnering with operations management at multiple levels Experience implementing financial management strategies Knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles Experience in finance and accounting systems (e.g. ERP, Hyperion, OneStream) Manufacturing or similar type industry experience #J-18808-Ljbffr
